If you would like to exchange any fashion shop, beachwear, or accessories products you purchased, please contact us at contactgmbloomandshine@gmail.com.
Customers have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to exchange fashion shop, beachwear, or accessories products. For online purchases, refunds will be made within 10 days of receipt of the product.
For in-person purchases, we do not refund money for fashion shop, beachwear, or accessories products. We only exchange the product within 7 days if it has not been used (washed or worn) and still has the original labels (stickers and tags) attached.
In cases of exchange/return for wrong colors and sizes for fashion shop, beachwear or accessories products, the customer must pay the shipping cost and then our store will exchange the item and a new shipment will be sent out to your address at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
You must contact us by email contactgmbloomandshine@gmail.com informing the product defect.
Immediately afterward, the product must be returned to our store.
* NOTE: If it is identified that the defect was reported due to misuse, GM Bloom and Shine is not responsible for this type of defect.
The order return time is 7 calendar days after the delivery date.
